No consideration of adverse impacts of investment decisions on sustainability factors

The investments underlying our Article 6 products take sustainability indicators into account in the investment process, but the potential principal adverse impacts (“PAI”) of investment decisions on sustainability factors are currently not directly and systematically assessed. The reason why this is currently not part of our assessment, is that the integration process of sustainability related data is not completely finalised in our company and not currently available for internal or external dissemination or presentation. Consequently, when this ESG integration process has been finalised, the PAI indicators will be considered as integral parts of the investment process.
It is expected that the potential adverse impacts of investment decisions on sustainability factors will be formally and systematically assessed for these products as part of the investment process from the beginning of the year 2024.
